Pulled & managed for you

Redwood City's housing runs from 1920s–30s Spanish and Mediterranean homes near downtown to postwar ranches and hillside houses above town. Neighborhoods like Mount Carmel and Edgewood Park hold older character homes worth preserving, while the steep lots of Emerald Hills usually call for geologic and grading review before an addition. We remodel across all of it — kitchens, baths, whole homes, and ADUs.

We're a family-owned San Jose contractor, and we bring the same approach to every Redwood City project: one family, one crew, one point of contact. We draw the plans, pull City of Redwood City permits, and handle Title 24 — so the only thing you manage is choosing finishes you'll love.

Redwood City runs its own building department — and we manage the entire permit process for you, from drawings to final inspection.

Redwood City remodeling — common questions
Do you pull City of Redwood City permits?
Yes — permits run through the City of Redwood City Building Division, and we manage the whole process for you: drawings, submittal, Title 24 energy compliance, SB 407 water-fixture updates, and inspections. On the steep Emerald Hills lots, that can also include geologic and grading review, which we coordinate so you never deal with the city directly.
How much does a remodel cost in Redwood City?
Most kitchens start around $30,000 and bathrooms around $15,000, depending on scope and finishes. We give a free, fixed-price estimate up front — see our cost guide.
Which Redwood City neighborhoods do you work in?
All of them — Mount Carmel, Edgewood Park, Emerald Hills, and Friendly Acres — plus the surrounding Bay Area.
What's different about remodeling a hillside Emerald Hills home?
Emerald Hills lots are steep, so additions and bigger remodels usually need geologic and grading review, careful site access, and foundations designed for the slope. We plan for that up front so the design works with the hillside instead of fighting it.
