Foster City is a planned 1960s–70s community built on engineered bay fill around a network of lagoons, with ranch and contemporary homes — many of them right on the water. Because the neighborhoods sit on fill behind a levee, additions and foundation work come with FEMA flood-zone rules and soft-soil considerations that we plan for from the start.
We're a family-owned San Jose contractor, and we bring the same approach to every Foster City project: one family, one crew, one point of contact. We draw the plans, pull City of Foster City permits, and handle Title 24 — so the only thing you manage is choosing finishes you'll love.
Foster City runs its own building department — and we manage the entire permit process for you, from drawings to final inspection.
