Absolutely. Design and selections can happen early and remotely, and we can handle permitting before you arrive — so construction can begin right when you're ready instead of months later. Starting early is a real advantage, especially if the home is vacant before move-in.

Once we've talked through your scope and selections, we can usually turn around a preliminary proposal in about one to two weeks, and a detailed, fixed-price estimate within roughly two to four weeks after your selections are finalized.

Two California rules commonly apply: Title 24 (the energy code — efficient lighting and ventilation) and SB 407 (updating older water fixtures throughout the home to low-flow standards).
