Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Class B General Building contractor, CSLB #1050108, with a contractor's bond, general liability, and workers' compensation. You can verify the license yourself on the CSLB site in about a minute, and we would rather you did. See our credentials page.
Is the estimate free, and how is the work priced?
The initial estimate is free and without obligation. For a defined project scope, we put a fixed price in writing before work starts. Service and repair work is billed for time and materials against a $650 minimum. If hidden conditions or a change in scope call for more work, we explain the cost and seek your written approval before proceeding.
Do you do small jobs as well as remodels?
Yes. The business started in service and repair. Tell us what is wrong so we can help determine whether a service visit or a scoped project is the right fit. See home repairs.
