Silicon Valley Building Service and Repair is the Mirassou family business: David, Tristan, and the crew you'll meet below. The family has built and repaired South Bay homes since 2012, and David earned the company's general contractor license, CSLB #1050108, in 2019. Today the work is kitchens, bathrooms, home remodels, repairs, and permit work.

- Centre Point bathroom. A shower rebuild carried from the opened space to large-format tile, fixtures, and finished surfaces.
- Placer Oaks kitchen. The retained windows and mosaic mark the same kitchen wall after the room was opened and rebuilt.
- Meadowhurst recovery. Hidden water damage was opened and prepared for the work needed to rebuild the affected area.
Why we started, and how we still work
We started this company because we'd seen how remodels usually go: a parade of subcontractors nobody introduces, invoices that keep growing, a designer who never once stands in the room being torn apart. A remodel means months of people in your house. We think the people doing it should act like they know that.
So we built the company we'd hire ourselves. We coordinate design, permits, and trade work. You deal directly with the owners, and we put the agreed scope and price in writing before a wall opens up.

These are the people who will actually be in your house, from demo day to the last coat of paint. David and Tristan are the owners. Allie is the office manager, Enrique the lead craftsman, Hubert the foreman, and Jay the project manager.

Why it is still called Service and Repair
The work started small. Repairs and service calls grew into full kitchens, baths, ADUs, and whole-home remodels, and the name never changed because that is where the company began. The crew's rule is the same as it was then: show up, do the work right, and clean up.
How we work
- Written scope and fixed price. Defined work gets a fixed price in writing before construction starts.
- Written approval for extra work. Concealed damage or a change you ask for is explained, with its cost, and needs your written approval first.
- Owners involved. David and Tristan stay involved from the first walkthrough to the final check.
- Final walkthrough. We review the finished work with you and coordinate the required final inspections.
- Labor warranty. One year from the date the work is complete, for contracts signed on or after October 6, 2026. See the warranty page.
