Drive across Santa Clara and you drive across decades. The Old Quad near Santa Clara University still keeps its 1920s–40s bungalows, homes with real history in the plaster that deserve a careful hand. A mile out, the postwar ranch tracts of Forest Park, Rivermark, and Killarney Farms are a different job entirely: solid, simple houses that open up beautifully into modern kitchens, reworked layouts, and backyard ADUs. We remodel both, and we know what each one asks of us.
We've been remodeling South Bay homes since 2012, and every Santa Clara job runs the same way: one family, one crew, one person who picks up the phone. We draw the plans, walk them through the City of Santa Clara, handle Title 24, and then build exactly what we drew. Your part is the fun part: choosing the finishes.
Santa Clara’s building department is its own shop, separate from San Jose’s. We’ve been building across the South Bay since 2012, and we’ve worked with all of them.
