Los Gatos pairs late-1800s to 1920s Victorians and Craftsman homes near downtown — in neighborhoods like Almond Grove, Broadway, and Glen Ridge — with contemporary homes on the hillsides above town and out toward Blossom Hill. The Almond Grove and Broadway historic districts require design review, and hillside lots fall under the Town's Hillside Development Standards for grading, height, and geologic review. We do careful, high-craft work that respects both the period detail and the rules that come with it.
We've spent more than twelve years remodeling South Bay homes, and we run every Los Gatos job the same way: one family, one crew, one point of contact. We draw the plans, pull Town of Los Gatos permits, and handle Title 24 — so the only thing you manage is choosing finishes you'll love.
Los Gatos runs its own building department, separate from San Jose’s — and in twelve years across the South Bay, we’ve worked with all of them.
