Walk Almond Grove or Broadway and you're passing Victorians and Craftsman homes built between the late 1800s and the 1920s, full of details a careless remodel can erase in a weekend. Climb the hillsides above town or head out toward Blossom Hill and the houses turn contemporary, and the challenge shifts from woodwork to grading. Both worlds come with rules: the Almond Grove and Broadway historic districts require design review, and hillside lots fall under the Town's Hillside Development Standards for grading, height, and geologic review. We build to satisfy the house and the paperwork alike, with the same care in Glen Ridge as anywhere else in town.
After more than twelve years remodeling South Bay homes, we run every Los Gatos job the same way: one family, one crew, one person who answers your calls. We draw the plans, pull Town of Los Gatos permits, and handle Title 24. Your job is picking finishes you'll still love in ten years.
Los Gatos runs its own building department, separate from San Jose’s. We’ve been building across the South Bay since 2012, and we’ve worked with all of them.
