City of Fremont
Pulled & managed for you

Fremont is built largely from 1950s–70s ranch tracts organized around several historic town centers — Niles, Centerville, Irvington, and Mission San Jose among them. Niles and Mission San Jose carry historic-district character worth respecting, while some flatland areas near the bay can bring soft-soil and liquefaction considerations into a project. We remodel across all of it — kitchens, baths, whole homes, and ADUs.

We're a family-owned San Jose contractor, and we bring the same approach to every Fremont project: one family, one crew, one point of contact. We draw the plans, pull City of Fremont permits, and handle Title 24 — so the only thing you manage is choosing finishes you'll love.

Fremont runs its own building department — and we manage the entire permit process for you, from drawings to final inspection.

Fremont remodeling — common questions
Do you pull City of Fremont permits?
Yes — permits go through the City of Fremont Building and Safety division, and we manage the whole process for you: drawings, submittal, Title 24 energy compliance, SB 407 water-fixture updates, and inspections. In flatland areas near the bay that can also mean soft-soil or liquefaction review, which we coordinate so you never deal with the city directly.
How much does a remodel cost in Fremont?
Most kitchens start around $30,000 and bathrooms around $15,000, depending on scope and finishes. We give a free, fixed-price estimate up front — see our cost guide.
Which Fremont neighborhoods do you work in?
All of them — Niles, Centerville, Irvington, Mission San Jose, Warm Springs, and Ardenwood — plus the surrounding Bay Area.
Are there extra rules for remodeling in the Niles or Mission San Jose historic areas?
They can carry historic-district character, so exterior changes there are handled with extra care to keep the look in step with the neighborhood. We design with that in mind and coordinate any added review with City of Fremont Building and Safety, so the process stays smooth.
