Fremont grew up around its historic town centers, Niles, Centerville, Irvington, and Mission San Jose among them, and filled the space between with 1950s–70s ranch tracts. Each part asks something different of a remodel. Niles and Mission San Jose carry historic-district character worth honoring when you touch an exterior, and on the flatlands near the bay, soft soils and liquefaction can shape how a project gets engineered. Kitchens, baths, whole homes, ADUs: we remodel across all of it.
We're a family-owned contractor out of San Jose, and every Fremont project runs the way ours always have: one family, one crew, one point of contact. We draw the plans, pull City of Fremont permits, and handle Title 24. You choose the finishes; we sweat everything else.
Fremont runs its own building department, and we take the entire permit process off your plate, from drawings to final inspection.
